Born during Prohibition, the Scofflaw is aptly named after the defiant ones (not Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine) who refused to give up their cocktail-sipping rights. It’s utterly balanced and smooth as a jazz. So, enjoy it with a wry smile and let the classic irreverence wash over you. 

 

Ingredients:

• 2¼ oz. Russell's Reserve Rye
• 3/4 oz. dry vermouth
• 3/4 oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. grenadine
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients with ice and shake well.
2. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.
