Shipping Information

Orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. We offer free ground shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states and have a bunch of other options if you need things expedited or live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or somewhere else in the world. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days on personalized items prior to shipping.

Returns

Life’s too short to be unhappy. And if something isn’t making you happy, then let us help change that. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order from certainstandard.com or our shop in Seattle, then return the unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Here are the simple steps:

  • Send an email to to request a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please provide your name and order #.
  • Pack up your unused product(s), including all relevant tags and packaging, and clearly write your RA# on and inside the package.
  • Ship the package to the below address using an insured and trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
  • Once the shipment is received and inspected, we will refund the original form of payment (less any original shipping charges, if applicable). Refunds are usually made within 10 business days and then processed based on your credit card company’s policy.

Important Return Notes:

  • Items purchased anywhere except certainstandard.com or at our studio in Seattle, must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Final sale items or items that have been personalized, altered, or changed in any way other than their original form are not eligible for returns unless otherwise noted.
  • All shipping costs are nonrefundable

If you want to exchange an item for a different color…
We currently don’t offer exchanges. The best option is to return the item you don’t want and immediately order the one you do. We’ll process a refund on your original purchase (less any initial shipping costs) once we receive the returned item.
