Orders without personalization that are placed after noon Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day. We offer free Ground shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states on orders $50 and up and have a bunch of other options if you need things expedited or live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or somewhere else in the world. The best option is to return the item you don’t want and immediately order the one you do. We’ll process a refund on your original purchase (less any initial shipping costs) once we receive the returned item. • Send an email to to request a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please provide your name and order number in your email.
• Pack up your unused product(s), including all relevant tags and packaging, and clearly write your RA# on and inside the package.

We might be stating the obvious here, but umbrellas can catch the wind. While we put our umbrellas through rain soakers, wind tunnels, and real-world elements to ensure a certain standard of quality, hurricane-force winds aren’t any fun. Our advice in such a situation is to stay inside, put on some music, have a cocktail, and wait it out.

Our products are built to last, but a bit of TLC doesn't hurt. Here are some quick tips on how to get the most out of your new goods.

If you find yourself in crazy-strong winds and your umbrella canopy flips inside-out, then step out of the wind, and carefully bend it back into its normal position. Even though we test our umbrellas in 70 MPH winds, they're essentially sails, so keep that in mind.

Umbrellas are made to get wet. But letting them dry before wrapping them up for the night is a good practice. We give them a quick shake and leave them open to dry before putting them to bed. Oh, and opening our umbrellas indoors is good luck.

The cork handles are naturally water and mold resistant. They also patina over time from the oils in your hands. Just give it a wipe with soapy water every now and again to keep it clean.

If you make a mess or are the unsuspecting victim of a pigeon, you can spot clean the canopy by adding a drop of laundry detergent to a cup of water and gently scrubbing the spot with a sponge. No need to take out the pressure washer and an umbrella can do a number on a washing machine.

These pouches are made of all-natural leather so how they look and take color can vary. Leather is naturally water-resistant, but it can also stain or even help the dye bleed a bit. We recommend keeping this as dry as possible so that they stay looking as stylish as possible.

If you get yours dirty while raging at a party, try blotting with a damp towel before resorting to a professional leather cleaner. We actually like the natural patina they get—gives them even more character.

These leashes are meant to take a beating, although we wouldn't make that an objective. The handles are natural, vegetable-tanned leather and will change over time with light, moisture, and the oils in your hands. We recommend a little dish soap to try and spot clean any areas that get a bit too dirty.

The Biothane is durable and super easy to clean. We usually give it a rinse, or maybe wipe it down with a soapy rag if it gets dragged through the mud (or worse).

The clips and hardware are nickel and rust resistant, but we recommend not keeping them wet. Drying them off will help them keep them opening and closing properly for years to come.

Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, although hand washing will help them keep their look and last even longer.

We always recommend environmentally friendly soaps and detergents, but if that isn't doing the job, then try mixing a little baking soda and water into a paste. Gently scrub and then let it sit for a bit before rinsing it out. Voila!
